Wow where to start this has been the best living experience. Weather it be the friendly faces of the leasing staff who always greet me by my first name.Or the amazing maintenance team who are always professional and willing to help. I can’t be more grateful to call Cortland Brackenridge home. I would highly recommend this safe and clean place to live.

Great Team at Cortland

When I looked into an apartment in San Antonio Cortland Brackenridge, I checked all the boxes. I enjoyed and still enjoy living at Cortland Brackenridge, and I renewed my contract. It is the best bang for your buck, centrally located and close enough to downtown SA, near a major highway, among other city amenities. Walking distance from great food. Great gym (two stories), resort-style pool. Staff and maintenance teams are top-tier—great community (students, military). If you are looking for a... place to live in SA, look no further. Plus, the maintenance team is top-notch and prompt.

We're loving our first year!

Absolutely loving this place so much, any problems ive had management has been prompt to take care of. And OMG! TWICE Housekeeper Monica has helped me chase my retriever Catlas back inside. She and the rest of the team really goes above and beyond for us all.

Amazing staff!!!

This was my first time as a renter and set the bar for the future apartments I’ll live in. I’m moving for work and sad to say bye to my apartment with the BEST view. The area is quiet and my pup and I always felt safe. The team is quick to help and friendly. You won’t regret choosing Brackenridge.
