New management
I moved in July 2021 and everything was great until the property was sold and under new management. I can never get ahold of anyone over the phone which they recommend. When I try to go in they say I need to make an appointment or they change their lunch schedule. It was so easy to make rent payments online with my checking account but with this new system, I have had many issues. I have had to pay with money orders. They misplaced my rent payment one month and I was told I would have to pay... again. Thankfully they “found” it. I cannot wait to move out!
