Moving to the Paseo has been one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. I explored several luxury apartments, but this property surpassed them all. To my surprise, it was the oldest among the options I considered. Living here truly feels like being in a high-end complex in New York City. Be sure to ask for Amy—she is fantastic! Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. This should be your next home!

I have lived at Paseo for about two months now and everything has been spectacular. Maintenance has been timely for everything that needed to be looked at and my neighbors have been very welcoming. The location is great too. All the restaurants has made the stay amazing!

It has been amazing, but when we first moved in “it was renovated” and after getting all our stuff in, there was so many things that needed to get fix and it was work order after work order. When we thought we found the end there were still a couple of things and some more that after 2 months of being moved it, still has not done. The apartment is so pretty but it was a pain to move in and leasing office takes some time to answer. We love the style and the appliances but connecting with the... office and maintenance a pain. Everything else it pretty great though!
