I would give 0 stars if I could. We moved in in March, and by June our AC was not working fully. It was 90 degrees in the master room with the AC set to 72. This is while my partner and I worked full time outside in 100 degrees every day. Our shower also would not stay cold for more than 20 seconds at a time, and would shoot scalding water, so I could not even take a cold shower to cool down.
We submitted a work order, and for the next three months I sent multiple emails and work orders saying... the issue was not fixed, even though maintenance came to "fix" it every time I submitted a work order. At one point, after 3 or so times of maintenance coming to "fix" it, my partner and I cleaned the vents ourselves, which were DISGUSTING. It immediately made the AC air pressure slightly better, allowing our room to get down to 80. How did multiple maintenance checks come through and not think to clean the vents.
However, this did not fully fix the problem, and the unit was still not cooling fully. I sent more emails, with more pictures of the thermostat with time stamps, and still got no response. At one point I was told my emails were being forwarded to management, but of course I heard nothing.
Fast forward to now, we still have a month of our lease but we moved out early due to a job I could not pass up. I finally got a hold of management after being told they had not been told that we had been calling and didn't know about our emails. I was then told to just RESUBMIT THE WORK ORDER. At this point it has been 4 months without fully functioning AC, and it had also been leaking for a few weeks even AFTER maintenance came to "fix" the leak.
All I was trying to ask was for some sort of rent reduction for the last month, which we fully plan to pay, but instead of even addressing this question, they just keep telling me to re submit a work order. It's like talking to a brick wall.
Additionally, I found out recently from a coworker who also lives there, that when their AC was out for two weeks they were given a window AC unit until maintenance could fix the issue. Of course this was never offered to us after MONTHS of overheating. We ended up spending 200$ to get our own.
I ALSO found out about a unit that had mold which made the residents sick and they are pursuing legal action, but that is not my story to tell.

Hi Elyse, Thank you for your review. We appreciate all feedback as it assists us in areas where improvement is needed. We apologize for not meeting your expectations and comfort settings. As we had previously discussed with the household, there are a... number of unforeseen reasons that may contribute to a mechanical item malfunctioning. I understood your AC was reported as inoperable/not cooling at least once a month for various reasons. Our AC certified technicians responded to each request making the required repairs, testing the air flow, and ensuring the proper functionality of the equipment. In some cases, the strain from the malfunction will often cause strain on other components resulting in the over exertion of their function and require maintenance without notice. The use of blinds and curtains are strongly recommended and encouraged to minimize heat from windows. A unit on the third floor will often experience the feeling of more heat due to the direct sun exposure. Abbey at Medical Center. Again, we apologize we missed your expectations and hope you have settled into your new home comfortably.
