No hot water and bugs

I have had no hot water for two months I made maintenance requests over and over they would come over and poke around with it and say hopefully it will work and that they would be back they never came back over and over they would say that. The bugs are incredible I have brought so many cans of Raid in the last year and had the pest control guy come over just to throw a few sprays around and leave. There infested in the walls. They keep coming day after day I have never spent so much money on… take out because I can't cook without them coming out and crawling over everything. I called the office over over about this and they keep trying to put a bandage on large wound. I'm starting to get body infection from not being able to take a bath.

? 1 Star – Unprofessional and Unfair Treatment

As a resident, my experience at this apartment complex has been extremely disappointing. Maintenance requests consistently take far too long to be handled, and when they are addressed, the maintenance staff often make light of or ridicule legitimate concerns, especially when we report loud noises coming from appliances.
Instead of taking our concerns seriously, management responded by issuing a lease violation after we contacted the office for help. This felt less like enforcement and more like… intimidation.
We also went more than three weeks without hot water, despite submitting multiple requests. Only after reporting the issue to code compliance did anything happen. Shortly after that, we received the lease violation, which strongly suggests retaliation for speaking up about a basic habitability issue.
Tenants should not be discouraged or punished for requesting repairs or reporting serious problems. Based on the lack of professionalism, delayed maintenance, and how management handles resident concerns, I would not recommend living here.

Terrible Management

They use false advertising to trick you for $300 bonus gift card to sign the lease, but never gave you. Takes forever to get a key to my apartment, I paid for two people and only got one key. And every day I had to call them and just get more excuses and delays from the leasing office. They failed their job and made it like I am bothering them and being demanding. I simply ask for what I paid for, nothing more.

Worst management

No hot water in peak winters. Bugs everywhere and management dont ever care! Yes, even the new management and under the new owner.
