LOVE my apartment !!

This apartment community is amazing. My apartment came with stainless steel appliances and a farmhouse sink, which is my MUST HAVE. Not to mention the office staff were so helpful and kind. 10/10!!

don't rent here

they charge for making your own rent payment 25 bucks plus they charge 50 bucks for not using your trash can for valet. also people break into your car

Disappointing

I’ve been here for a while I’ve had several maintenance issues including Mold in my unit that’s is over walls and doors. the complex themselves stated “they don’t know” where the problem is coming from.. I’ve asked to terminate my lease based on mold issue as my children have asthma and this is a huge risk to continue to take to live in such conditions where the problem is TEMPORARY getting fixed. This is beyond frustrating and the regional manager Bonnie only gets the side notes. It’s come to... the point where I’ve taken the legal steps against this property and company. And code compliance is now involved.
