I just recently moved in and I’m very content with living here so far. However, the only reason why I can’t give it 5 stars is because of the lack of parking. When I first toured, I was told that there are more parking spots than tenants living here so a carport wouldn’t really be needed. Now, a little over a year now, I STILL struggle to find a parking spot in front or near my building before 10pm. I’ve been having to park almost 2 buildings down when I get home “late” (no later than 10pm) from... work. I’ve been told parking is first come first serve which is fine, but preferably for residents. There should be some visitor spots available for those that don’t pay rent. These people tend to get the spots in front of the building people actually pay rent for. I would rather this be added instead of me having to add a $40 carport to my monthly rent costs.
