Poor Management and Dirty

They are rude and the property is filthy. They have poor management and they switch our employees every other week. Do not let your family live here.

Poor management

Lived here one year, great property but total incompetence at the management level. Activities Director again incompetence, some amenities not available or cut back, ie: restaurant, salon. Some residents are very active most not Also dropped 55 to 50 move in age.

Hello from Chesapeake Bay,
We are so sorry if something went wrong with one of management staff team members. We all truly love all of our residents here and our residents have been telling us the same thing. We opened the main building in March... 2020 and all the amenities opened as well, except the resturant, which soon opened, less than two months later. We found a really nice nail salon employee and it has been wonderful. Please except our apologies getting opened during this panademic. We are doing our best and all is great here. When you lease now, it is like you are on vacations everyday. Thank you for your comments!

I really love living here!

Beautiful property and apartment homes. I love the upgrades in the homes. The amenities are better than anywhere else I’ve ever lived and everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. All the residents I’ve met are nice and friendly.
If you haven’t stopped by to check the property out, do it soon.
