No accountability/bad attitudes

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The new management in the office is awful. The property is awful. There’s dog poop everywhere. The fences are falling apart. Make sure you document everything because the office will tell you you’re lying. Their maintenance guys say that they show up and they never do. Work orders don’t get fixed in a timely manner or properly. My work orders from when I moved into this unit over a year ago are still not done. They close them out and tell you to... open new ones. Or say we came by, but you weren’t home. We have ring cameras. They are very good at passing the buck and saying that’s not their problem. I would highly recommend NOT moving here. There is nothing luxury about it. Not to mention the major events that were quite terrifying that happened to here in 2024. It would have been nice to get a notice from the office that a hostage situation was happening on the property and what transpired after. Not an email after the fact. You’ve been warned.

Awesome Experience - Dan H.

Throughout the application process things were very enjoyable. Marley was very helpful and informative with any questions asked. She has such a very friendly and welcoming attitude which made things even more pleasant. The tour of the complex and apartment were amazing and I’m looking forward to the move in date!
