The Sidney Apartments

Absolutely disgusting. Do not waste your time, energy, or money here, as they absolutely REFUSE to fix anything. The There is a sewage leak on the side of my building. It takes them an absurd amount of time to cut the grass (it’s gotten as tall as my knees at some points.) I haven’t been able to bathe in my apartment in over a month, because water doesn’t drain and just comes out from underneath my tub and toilet. My apartment floods every time you turn the tub on. My air conditioner leaks, and... the build up of water on the hatch has caused considerable damage to said hatch, on top of pouring water into my floor. I have called maintenance time and time again, but they will absolutely not help me. They just stopped showing up. Rather than tearing down the building that burnt down last year, they just started rebuilding it.

This place is crooked and will avoid helping you at all costs, just to save themselves a buck. Read More

Raggedy apartments. Maintenance will not respond to water leaks carpets soaked. Same leaking issues for over 15 years still not fixed.

My upstairs apartment has been 90 degrees for about 4 days now it’s so hot I’ve spoke with the office several times and every single time there is a reason why I cannot have at least a a/c unit. The air is not working 90% of the time I’ve been living here and the roaches are ridiculous just have to constantly clean this by far has been the worst experience renting out a apartment and I wouldn’t wish these conditions on my worst enemy.

Problems are fixed within a respectful period of time. It has 2 playgrounds for children. Plenty of parking. Friendly people on site.

Hilltop apts. is really great they are old but being a single mother and paying everything on my own has been rough but living at hilltop we caring people has made living in these apartments very comfortable and pleasing.
