A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is gas-operated and should not be left unattended. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. Self-check-in is available, and you will receive an email with instructions prior to your arrival.
The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
