A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 3 cars in the driveway. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation. Towels are provided, but feel free to bring your own pool towels. All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix and Amazon. A laptop computer is not included.
