Look some place else… going down hill.
I wanted to love these apartments so bad, when we first came to look at them, after selling our home in in June of 23… the amenities promised caught our eye and the helpful office team Brandi, Tessa and Ashley have been amazing… but the overall property is so far from luxury. It’s been a horrible experience! The day we were given the keys they were still working on the apartment… there are so many things that are still not fixed on our apartment, that the maintenance staff and Head Manager Amy... (horrible at communicating, horrible at follow up and clueless to what is actually happening on her property) have yet to fix. The first week we moved on Roaches!!! We couldn’t even move our things in, we had to rent a storage unit. We are here 4 weeks later and continue to see roaches. The hallways are filthy… there is a spot I’ve taken a picture of over the past month of throw up on the floor in the parking area and in the hallway that has been there since I moved in. The pool area looks great from far away, but is filthy, broken grills for weeks. And if Amy says she didn’t know about it… why is she so out of touch with her community and resident and maintenance staff? You can’t not be that far removed and continue to be in your position. I have NEVER once seen her out of that office and I live fairly close on the first floor…
We have no AC in our bedroom and have lost food due to roaches and she has never once offered to compensate us for the loss… literally $50… but they continue to throw events that hold no value… why not fox and invest in wnat you have and get that working right before you try to put makeup up on a pig.
Great team of people but if the leader (Amy) keeps playing the great and powerful OZ, the GM and above will continuously be fooled by fake reviews and lips service.
No place to add pictures, but if you walk the building and see the grounds. You will notice the places mentioned.
