horrible

when first moving here we absolutely loved it. then after just 3 months everything sadly started going downhill. First off they like to advertise how amazing it is to have a chute for trash but the chute gets over filled YES over filled! and as you walk by smells horrible and they take days to clean it up. gross. Then with the amenities, we loved the amenities when first moving here then now they’re practically just for show bc we cant even use them properly. and the pool is disgusting. Lastly,... with it being a “luxury” apartment complex my neighbors do have expensive cars that they work hard for and it would be horrible for them to be broken into or left on bricks. But ofc with our gates always being broken one morning that’s exactly what happened. over 5 cars were left on bricks. and our gates still remain to be broken. hallways remain dirty and there’s absolutely no pest control that comes by like they should. definitely will not lease here again.
