Read your lease
Good location, nice floor plan, but unreliable management and shoddy repairs abound. Expect sky high electric bills in the summer due to poor insulation and week long waits for simple maintenance issues. Never take the office at their word; communication between employees is poor at best so what is said by one may be disregarded entirely by another person unless officially noted in their system. Fees and charges can and will be applied without informing the resident and the management can and... will deny lease renewal at their convenience, even if outstanding charges have been paid in a timely fashion.
Read every line of your lease, never be late on any bills, and this is a good place to live. Otherwise do yourself a favor and check other locations.

Horrible
The management is trash. The noise pollution is ungodly. The crime is skyrocketing. And there is garbage everywhere

DO NOT MOVE HERE
The only thing good about these apartments is the price on rent and probably not even that because maintenance sucks, they are infested with bugs, rats, and spiders, they have VERY POOR customer service skills, they do not communicate and when they do they have an attitude.. everything about living here was just a disgusting experience! I had a leak in my bathroom for over a year! I CALLED COUNTLESS of TIMES for them to fix it.. it even got to the point were i just stopped calling and decided it... was best I JUST MOVE! Oh! When they did call themselves “fixing the problem”.. which they did not.. they created another one. Which was a big HOLE in a ceiling that they didn’t cover up! So yes! We were stuck with an hole in the ceiling on one side and a leak on the other. Oh! Another thing.. When we moved out.. we were charged almost $400 for the carpet. The reason for that is understanding though. There was a burnt spot from the iron in the master room ONLY. I always thought that apartments change out carpet before another person moves in but NO. Not here. Their response to us was that they never change out carpet in their residence.. they keep it up to 6 years and I BELIEVE THEM because maybe that’s why we couldn’t get the dog smell out that lingered around the whole time we were staying there! Yes! A very strong DOG SMELL and we had no pets! If you’re looking for a home.. look past these.. especially if you have kids.. This complex is not home.. it’s garbage!! Good luck on your home search!

First Apartment!(:
This is the perfect apartment for you’re first apartment. The complex is close by to everything there are two gate codes, maintenance is amazing and always on time. Management is okay.. use to be super flexiable however due to corporate isn’t as flexible anymore. Love the apartments and the price is perfect can’t wait for more years to come!!(:
