After my first year here, I couldn’t be happier I chose The Lane instead of adjacent properties. So close to walking trails, the Waterway, restaurants, shops, the Woodlands Mall. The staff is like family here. Will, Jessica, Hoffman and our fantastic maintenance crew are why this property shines above the adjacent properties.
You won’t find a better place!

Excellent place! The only drawback is that the hallways smell like animals live in the building and residents pets keep having accident on the floors, stairs, and elevators.

Community is in an ideal location with easy (and walkable) access to shopping, restaurants, and parks, It is boutique living at its finest with an amazing leasing and maintenance staff!
Apartment finishes are sleek and modern ; including huge walk-in closets and deep soaking tubs in the master bath.
Residents are friendly and respectful - truly an incredible community!

My husband and I are so happy living here.
The Lane staff…so nice, friendly and professional. We love our apartment and feel incredibly blessed.
The area is a walkers dream. Restaurants, Mall, Grocery store,Boutiques and even the Pavilion!
