Great Management
Unfortunately they answer to higher ups that don't really care about anything but profit. We moved in years ago and the refrigerator didn't work. We had the maintenance man come out twice about it and he wasn't allowed to do anything other than use a heat gun to melt the ice in the freezer. We contacted a repairman ourselves and they said it was a thermostat issue. Less than $200 fix, but it should be covered by the property.
After a few months we noticed that the cable internet was... intermittent. We work from home, so that was an issue. We called the cable company they said it was definitely on our side, and the cable line leading into the house was old and cheap and when I mentioned that to the management they said they would look into it. They were eventually told that no fix would be covered and I was told to put the line in myself. So I had to crawl through the attack of the building to put in a new line myself.
The ceiling in one of our bathrooms has a leak, has for over a year. The ceiling has fallen in and the fan in the bathroom is hanging by wires and no longer works. We've reported it a few times, and still no fix.
Despite never fixing anything and forcing us to maintain the property ourselves, our rent goes up every year.
