Don't waste your time considering this complex for your future home

Don't waste your time trying to come here to live. I'm annoyed by the constant emails and, the water is always off or . The new so call Manger don't even really know what she's doing. Rent never is the same with the fee's. Further more it doesn't look good with the property's always under new management. I'm oh so ready to move.

We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with constant...
emails, water issues, and fluctuating rent. Please know that we are actively working to resolve these issues. Our maintenance team is prioritizing water system improvements to prevent future disruptions, and we're reviewing our communication processes to ensure they are helpful rather than bothersome.

Regarding the management changes, we believe this transition is a positive step towards creating a better living experience for all our residents. Our new management team is dedicated to addressing existing issues and implementing improvements across the property. Don't do it!!!

This place is so bad. How bad you ask? I secured a new residence 2 months prior to the termination of my lease.

Before you lease consider the following:
It is presently 83 degrees outside and 85 degrees inside my unit #6.

The roaches are so bad I have paint that has peeled from the walls due to my excessive washing the walls with bleach cleaner to sanitize.

I bought blinds for the patio sliding door as the previous manager advised they do not replace blinds...only for move in purposes....

However, the staff is so lazy the blinds are still leaning on the wall to be replaced.

BTW the blinds were broken when the ceiling fan DROPPED out of the ceiling without provocation.

And last, but certainly not least, I've had plumbing problems since I've been here (since 2019). I was informed that I share plumbing with my downstairs neighbor. Well, the issue this time is the sewage flows backup through the tub when you flush the toilet in my master bedroom. The sink in the hall bathroom is stopped up with brown goo in the sink. Furthermore, the sink with the garbage disposal is stopped up in the kitchen.

The new management representative informed me today that my complaints are "1 in 100 and something" and she expressed they were not a priority. Furthermore, she showed her lack of urgency in that she could not locate the POST IT NOTE (yes, post it note) she wrote the aforementioned list I gave her last week. This is week three for the plumbing issues. Day three without a functioning A/C.

May the odds forever be in your favor if you decide this is the place for you after reading this.

Disappointed

Myself and family have been here over a year and I personally wouldn’t recommend. The Maintenance employees are very unprofessional, they lie about coming out to fix things, and when they do come you end up calling for them to come right back for the same problems. We have been without any hot water and I was told by the emergency line that they don’t come out to fix that type of problem after 8 o’clock even tho the call was made and they received the message @ 5:02 way before 8 o’clock. This is... not the first time our hot water has stop working it’s probably about the 3rd or 4th time. I have small children and a husband that gets up every morning and go to work so not having hot water or having someone feel like we can wait because they don’t wanna do there job is very very disappointing especially when we pay our rent every month.

Very spacious

I just recently moved to Waco, and Fleetwood was the first place someone referred me to because I asked for a reasonable affordable property!
I've been here for about 6 months now and just renewed my lease, I love it.. I have not had to call maintenance out within these 6 months besides 1 time for something very minor

Watch Out

Been here for a while signed a new lease in Dec 2016. Jan 2017 they refused to take my rent, No reason given, then proceed to evict me for non payment of rent. go figure. Oh and you also pay for you upstairs or downstairs neighbors hot water. I have the information straight from a maintenance man that the hot water lines are messed up and the hot water from each hot water heater goes to both upstairs and downstairs. So if there is 2 people living downstairs and someone upstairs has say 4... children then the downstairs not only gets to listen the the wonderful noise of the children as they stomp and run around but also help to pay for the hot water for their baths and dishwashing.
