You share a master bedroom wall with your neighbor!!! Seems like our heads and their heads are inches away at night and you can hear everything they are saying when they are having seemingly normal conversations. The neighborhood is also loud. They are nice townhomes but I can’t wait to move.

Every step, conversation and snoring can be heard through the walls. They put no insulation in them at all. It’s awful to never have quiet, dont move here.

The actual building is fine, they are new so we haven't had anything break. The garages are also a great size which I love. The walls are paper thin however but I am grateful my neighbors are fairly quiet. My biggest complaint with this place is that there are WAY TOO MANY KIDS. like so many kids living in such a small area. We have to be like one of five units that don't have kids. Every other unit has to have at least two to three kids living in it. The kids are always running around the... alleys not paying attention to cars or looking before they cross the street, screaming loud in the morning, leaving their toys in the middle of road or in public areas. If you don't like kids, don't live here. You will be annoyed everyday like us. Management also seems a little over their heads and some things take forever to get fixed or aren't taken care of very well (like the dog poop stations).

This is the worst place to live. The walls are so thin. We hear our neighbors all day and all night. The neighborhood is also very loud. The is no such thing as quiet here. Ever. Trying to contact the complex for anything is a complete joke. They don’t take you seriously. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
