Parc on 5th Apartments & Townhomes

Everything is so stress free, moving in is quick and easy, the portals are super user friendly, the staff is quite honestly the best ever, and the environment is super awesome and comfortable. The apartments are really nice and it’s extremely easy to get a maintenance request for anything. Parking is awesome and they won’t tow your friends! Uncovered parking is free for visitors, secondary cars, and potential renters. I have no worries that my car might get broken into or someone will look... through my windows. The grounds are clean, well kept, and super open and airy. Everyone that lives here, at least in my building, is quiet, respectful, and awesome to live next to. Even the neighbors above us are super quiet and respectful of sound. The apartments are always lit up and each apartment has its own security system. The floors are new, the appliances are new, even the bathtub and sink are new. The wifi is also extremely fast. We get a gigabyte normally even though we share with the whole building. I've lived here since Parc on 5th opened and every experience has been amazing. Maintenance is the quickest I've ever had, the office staff always greets me with a smile and resolves any question or issue I have. My rates have gone up as I've lived here but it is in line with what I've seen elsewhere. The gym is like a real gym and the pool and hot tub have been awesome!

Called to get a quote on a unit but no one answered. Then an hour later I get a call back and the lady was so rude on the phone she talked fast and her voice was getting louder and louder as she sounded frustrated from what I was asking.

Let me tell you why this place is uniquely different then everywhere else. Before we even moved in every person we spoke to was so friendly and helpful. They sent us a link (that you didn't have to do) that follows you through steps on moving in that you always forget. Like forwarding your address, you put your info in and they submit it for you! Transferring things like utilities for us with just the information. SO HELPFUL and easy!
We chose a third floor apartment, they called me and told me... the benefits of all the ones they have and had me choose. I am very picky, so that was super fun for me.
While moving in, (keep in mind three flights of stairs) people that lived there offered to help us move. Every person we have met at this complex is a genuinely good person. Everyone is just decent human beings to each other, and it is so pleasant.
They have a media fee that is required, but it isn't like other places. Their media package is top notch. The internet is incredible! We got a high package with Comcast before, and their internet is even better than that but we are paying less with Parc on 5th's media package and it has more than internet included.
The apartment was in beautiful condition. They even had a sheet of proof that it was inspected before we moved in and all of the things that were inspected and made sure they were clean.
Our drier didn't work, we submitted a request and they came the next morning. NOW GUYS, the tried something to fix it AND CALLED US LATER IN THE DAY to check up and see if it was working. It wasn't and they came back and brought everything with them, including brand new parts. Their maintenance, opened things up, got down and dirty and fixed it! They made a mess, and came back and cleaned it up! I can't make this stuff up! They then called us AGAIN later to double check and make sure everything was working as it should. I was nearly brought to tears, these guys CARE and they want to make sure you know it.
There is a huge dog park right next door where a million dogs play, and our dog just absolutely has the best time.
They recycle! Not only that but they set it up so you can just set your recycle out of your door every other day and they come take care of it for you. They make it easy, which encourages us at least to recycle so much more.
We have yet to see any surprise fees of any kind. They told us everything, and that has what it has been.
