Do not live here.
I have lived here for almost 2 years. I have decided not to renew. I asked management to let me out 20 days early of my contract and was told not a chance.
Here is what I have put up with:
The upstairs neighbor’s dog pees off his balcony onto mine below. On myself, my dog and my (now ruined) $5K electric bike.
Weed smoking from next door and above neighbors. Smell was so bad I was asked at work if I did weed. I do not smoke or drink or even vape.
Across neighbors who used to live in... another building and then moved across the hall and have jumped over my balcony on two separate occasions to bang on my windows while in my home office. They have also pounded on my front door several times and tried to have my car towed while I was moving furniture in. They are now being allowed out of their lease 7 months early when they resigned only halfway into their first lease.
I feel incredibly unsafe and my ‘home’ is unsanitary and feels like prison.
