Awful place to live.

I live here currently and cannot wait to leave. This is a dirty and broken down apartment complex with trash and dog poop everywhere. “On-site” manager is inconsistently in the office, difficult to get a hold of, cannot answer basic questions about the property and lease, and is generally unhelpful, uncommunicative, and unknowledgeable. Rent in incredibly high for a subpar living experience. The parking situation is crowded and filthy, my car has been dinged, others have been scratched/keyed and… the best management can say is “sorry our cameras don’t work.” Awful, expensive place to live and I would not recommend it to anyone.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

All of their photos are fake concept photos. DON’T BE FOOLED! It is a motel turned apartment. The pool is never open because they won’t get it up to code. There is always dog poop EVERYWHERE. They overcharge and underdeliver on every aspect of this housing. If you can go literally anywhere else, please save yourself the headache. They have switched management companies like 5 times within the 2 years of living there. Absolutely would not recommend.

The pictures are not what the apartments actually look like inside

They never fix things but they say they’re going to fix and I’ll be right on it and they never do it the apartments inside look nothing like the pictures they are old inside and very

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE! My fiance and I currently live here and we want to leave as soon as possible. We were told that the our apartment was refurbished, that was a lie. The only new thing in the apartment was the poor paint job that got all over the floor and appliances. We have changed management twice which means no communication and payments that are convoluted and hard to make. We have repairs that are not getting done because no one responds to calls or emails. When we first got here the… apartment was VERY dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. After the first management change they ramped up construction in an effort to make this place nicer but that meant construction until 10:30 at night. Way way overpriced for the place you get.

DONT COME HERE! NOT LIKE THE PHOTOS.

They sold me a lease to move in on the 6th of December it's now the 23rd still homeless. They are selling unfinished leases for apartments that look nothing like the photos.
