I was so worried when I moved in that I would hear excessive noise from other apartments. I am thrilled that I was wrong. I truly love my apartment and trying to make it truly my home!

A nice warm reception, lots of walking however, everyone id friendly and inviting. Feels like home.
My experience has been a positive one since walking through the doors. I have yet to experience some of the activities, and look forward to participation in some of them.

Great place to live! I feel very safe! I love the park behind the property being so close, I can get my daily walk in! I also like the property gym and use it a few days a week.

DO NOT move here! You will regret it. Expensive, dirty and dogs run all over and pee. You will pay a high bill for outside lighting and lighting in the halls as well as for Sewer. Mentally disturbed people live here along with very old mean people. We asked for new carpet since it is 10 yrs. old and never got it changed. Same carpet in every apt. all throughout Covid and still to this day. They do not keep up on maintenance requests. The halls are hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Lights... are going out all the time. Common area doors are broken. New staff in the office all the time. The assistant manager hates old people. The old residents are never checked on. They do not care about their tenants. They just want money. The hallways look trashy and are filthy. The common area rugs are filthy. They are 11 yrs. old and have changed owners 3 times now. The outside dog area with turf is filthy and could make a dog sick. Most of the younger staff lives here now except the manager and the maintenance manager. Greystar is the newest owner as of last yr. They charge what a new apt. complex would charge. They charge for carports. They raise the rent. The office is never open 2 days in the morning.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving dinner tonight. The effort put into feeding 150 people was award winning! What a team effort by our Office staff and volunteers! It was lovely meeting new people and listening to their stories of why they live at The Ivy.
