With 9-foot ceilings and expansive windows, this private 2 Bedroom, 1 bathroom basement apartment is flooded with natural light. Situated in the lower level of our 3 story home, this space offers a private entrance with keyless access. A secure locked door at the top of a tall staircase & heavy curtains at the base of the stairs creates a distinct separation & total privacy from the upper levels.

Your stay includes:

- All utilities included - electric, gas, water, wifi, guest access to streaming apps, snow removal in common areas, trash, etc,

- Fully-equipped kitchen with all the cooking essentials you might need during your extended stay.

- Primary bedroom, featuring a Queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a dedicated workspace, ample storage plus a washer and dryer.

- Second bedroom accommodates up to three guests with a Twin bed and a Twin bunk bed, both equipped with memory foam mattresses.

- Blackout shades & curtains for a restful night's sleep.

Guests are renting a private apartment on the lower level of our personal home, no interior or exterior spaces (other than the driveway) are shared with your hosts. We are available if needed as we live on property, however we always give our guests space and privacy.

- Please note: while we have taken many steps to add extra soundproofing to the basement, our family occupies the upstairs.

- Our driveway is a shared space with us.

- Must climb stairs.

- 30 day minimum stay.

- Having your own form of transportation is strongly encouraged, however there is a free bus system to take you to and from Park City/SLC - daily, peak-hour commute: two morning round trips and three afternoon/evening round trips. There is also Ride Micro an On-demand transit service in Heber Valley and surrounding area, Daily 5am 10pm (does not go to Park City but will drop/pick-up at the local bus stops at the Hospital and Walmart).
