overall positive, affordable and nice, though pool is frequently inaccessible and mail issues frequently arise. The apartments are in good shape and the train is very convenient.

Good amenities, nice water temp hot tub and pool are nice as well as the included gym and nearby bodega, only complaint is parking is rough.

I love my place. Super comfy. Sometimes my upstairs neighbors stomp too much and guest parking could be better. But I’m happy here and love it.
