Management has been friendly and helpful, but I was very disappointed that my apartment was not cleaned well when we moved in. There were old clothes behind the washing machine, the kitchen cabinets and shelves were disgusting, and more. They did quickly fix a few repairs that needed to happen such as the sliding glass door that did not lock or latch. We have enjoyed the community so far and like the convenience store on the corner. Parking is a big issue. There are plenty of parking spots... inside the complex but since you can only park one car there the street parking fills up and it's impossible. Since we work in areas where we can't take the trax or busses we have to use 2 cars. The bird poop in the breezeways is also deplorable. Bird poop carries diseases and it's all over the handle rails for the stairs which causes a safety problem. Management could do a better job of preventing and cleaning the bird poop. So far we have had no other issues and like the apartment and amenities.
