Touring the facilities

I toured Eversage the other day and Cami was so kind and helpful! She was very patient, answered all of my questions, and followed up frequently. The facilities are immaculately kept and the staff was amazing. It seems like a very nice place to live!

Verified first time renter !

Cami was so helpful and kind ! She answered all my questions and concerns, made me feel comfortable! The apartment itself has a lot of storage, it’s clean , simple and overall great! It’s a white space I can’t wait to decorate! I love that it’s Pet friendly (:

Fine for the price

Pros:
Apartments are nice and spacious
Tons of storage
Laundry in unit
Really nice pantry space
Close to freeway access
Really nice upgrades for the price!
Cons:
Be prepared for thin walls and ceilings/floors
Dog park is always covered in dog poop, as residents don't pick up their dog's poop.
Hot tub and bbq area says year round, but has been closed for over 2 months.
Poor insulation, so a/c and heater will be going constantly.
