Park Plaza Apartments

Park Plaza is an extremely old building with horrendous management. Consistently failing to repair previous damages by previous tenants. They do not follow safety regulations, such as smoke and fire alarms. Constantly add charges inconsistent with the contract. Additionally they do not adhere to BYU honor code, example not providing the minimum number of desks per apartment. Overall, an extreme disappointment, the new management is just as bad or worse as the old management. Continually blaming... old management for all problems, including new problems and many situations that could easily be resolved right now.
