My time at Black Ridge Townhomes has been exceptional! Jackie went above and beyond to make the rental process seamless. The neighborhood features beautifully designed modern townhomes that are genuinely appealing. The property is peaceful, well-maintained, and very secure. The commitment to customer service from the entire staff is truly impressive. Everything you need is conveniently located within a 10-mile radius. It’s an excellent place to call home, and I would certainly recommend it to... others.

Black Ridge Cove has been great place to live. With mountains surrounding the neighborhood you feel like a smaller community with all the amenities close by. Management has been easy and prompt to work with. They seem to be very technology driven making it possible to have access to information sooner.

Black Ridge Cove is located in a great location, it's quiet, safe and very pet friendly! The neighborhood is well laid out with plenty of space and lighting. The staff is beyond the best and you could not ask for a smoother move-in process than what they provide.
