Management has Deteriorated the Living Experience

What used to be a community is now a place simply meant to line the pockets of PEG executives in Salt Lake. The manager (Brandon) is basically only there to enforce policy—he does not advocate for residents at all. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

Management is the worst thing about this place.

These apartments are very nice, as are the amenities. It is definitely luxury living, so it’s pricey but the feel matches. It is also so nice to be in downtown where everything is close and well maintained. It is not really dog friendly though. They do allow dogs but you can tell they really don’t like them. For instance they took out all the grass all over the complex without even warning tenants so now every dog in the complex (which is a lot) has to go to the same dog park. The dog park is... tiny and often smells terrible. Tenants are terrible and cleaning up after their dogs, so there is often poop all over the park and pee stains all over the hallways in the building! It also gets very hot during the summer (which makes the smell worse) but there is no other place with grass to take your dog, especially if they are sick. Our dog has also been attacked twice by other dogs in the complex because dogs are not always on a leash and neither the dog owner nor the apartment management did anything to help. That is why I say the biggest problem we’ve had here is with management. They have definitely gone downhill. We’ve lived here for two years and they make it obvious that they don’t care about their tenants. They do during the tour, but then after that they immediately become unresponsive and unhelpful to even the smallest problem. In fact the office is often locked and empty during their posted “office hours” so you have to wait days for help. They raise rent without warning or good reason. They are constantly adding things to the apartment, but not things that are useful or what tenants have asked for so it’s annoying to keep paying for the pricey upgrades. It’s also not safe to not have lights around the apartment at night (it is downtown) and annoying to have no signs on the buildings. I recommend waiting for another cheaper place, they might be just as annoying there but at least you won’t be paying an arm and a leg just to be annoyed.

Awesome complex!

I've lived here six months now. Everything is great from the amenities, management, parking, maintenance, can't complain. It's pricy but you know what you're paying for, and management is great about getting back to residents, and answering any questions we have. They are very welcoming and helpful. 10/10 would recommend living here!
