Do not move here
They’ll do anything to take your money from you. In my case, they informed me that I’d be getting my security deposit back as I went to the leasing office physically and told them that I had no interest in returning here. I was told that they had filled the information in and I would not have to worry about not getting it back. (no one at the office mentioned that I have to email them) It turns out that I’m not getting any of my security deposit back. I feel that it is not my fault, and I should... not be taking responsibility for it.

¡DO NOT MOVE HERE!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Unless you are prepared to pay $300 in utilities. They will tell you that everything is covered in the price of rent. They will then tell you to set up your own electricity, charge you absurdly for common area electric, charge you $60 for sewer, charge for trash, service fees, and more out of the blue! Not to mention $100 a month to park a single car. Don’t be fooled by the initial price of rent and them saying that utilities are covered. You will pay minimum $300 or more in... random fees and utilities every month! Leasing office don’t know what they are talking about and won’t treat their tenants well
