Nothing Ever Got Fixed

My daughter and her children lived here for over a year. She was told to email the manager work orders for things that needed repair. Despite having sent numerous emails she was ignored. One toilet didn’t work, the dishwasher didn’t work, a cupboard door needed to be reattached, and most importantly she NEVER had AC or heating. The one star is for the residents of the building who were awesome.

We’re sorry to hear about your daughter’s experience while living in our community. It’s deeply concerning to learn that her maintenance requests were not addressed and that she experienced issues with essential items like heating and cooling. We... strive to provide a comfortable living environment for all our residents, and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We would like to investigate this matter further to ensure such issues are resolved promptly in the future. We’re happy to help rectify these issues and ensure they do not occur again.

DONT live here

Stay away from this place, I’ve only stayed here a year and I thought it would be a great place to live for me and my child due to its close to everything and there new apartments but I have by far hated every moment of living here and I did not renew my lease. We’ve had multiple property managers/maintenance people. I only got to use my AC/Heater for 3 1/2 months which was in the beginning of my lease and one of the tenants decided to flood there apartment and it leaked down into my apartment... and ruined my paint on the walls and flooded my apartment and broke my thermostat to where I cant use my AC or heater during the summer/winter, as of today 12-30-22 it is still not fixed and neither is the paint. they have been telling me for months that they are going to come “fix the paint” and “repair my thermostat “ and as of today it’s been 8 months since I’ve been told it would be fixed. They’ve hired a few contractors and they can’t even figure out how to fix it due to the way the place was built, They lended me an AC unit that only works by keeping ur window open but it Only keeps 1 room cool not the whole unit so you have to pick a room that has a window but it also costs you $150 every time u get a bill for it, before my thermostat broke I was only paying around $40-50 for electricity. they lended me a cheap small heater for the winter that doesn’t even work it barely has any heat that comes out of it and my bill is $230 just for using these plug in heaters, so now I’m having to use my own oven just to keep my unit warm because the heaters barely work, I’ve spoken to other landlords and they even agreed it doesn’t take 8 months to fix a thermostat but yet I’m still here with no heat and I went all summer without using my AC , it is now 5 days until my lease ends and it’s Still not fixed. The parking here is a joke it’s first come first serve and we have a secured parking gate in the back but it’s never used it’s always open so anyone practically parks here and your stuck parking in the neighborhood etc There’s a lot of homeless people who roam inside/outside the apartments and dumpster dive, I’ve had some homeless people try to open me and my child’s door while we were home and they were knocking on my windows. There’s no peace personally i think, I always had to worry about something I’ve never had this experience before and I don’t wish it on anyone it’s been nothing but stressful here.

Stay Away!

I lived here and broke my lease. It is absolutely awful. Staff is terrible. You pay for parking yet parking is first come first serve. There is about 100 units and 20 parking spots available. Everyone here looks absolutely sketchy the cops are here all of the time! Homeless outside and the break into your car. Stay away!
