Do not rent here.
Lived here for 2 years. The only positive about this place is the grounds/nature. The pool/hot tub is nice too, but they were only open and functioning less than half of the time I spent here.
Here’s all the cons I experienced:
-Excessive charges/fees. On top of that, the worst management. They don’t care to work with you at all. So rude, dismissive, and never answer their phones. I once spent 2 hours calling repeatedly during open business hours until I could get someone to finally answer... .
-Only given 3 days to pay rent, unlike the usual 5 days. Will charge insane late fees everyday that you are late.
-TERRIBLE NEIGHBORS. I’m talking drug use, domestic violence, neglectful/abusive parents, you name it. I’ve heard/witnessed it all while living here. I can’t even tell you how many times I had been woken up at 5, 6 AM to hearing my neighbors below me screaming, yelling, and getting violent with each other.
-Lack of security. Have had cars broken into twice while living here. I’ve watched homeless people walk around the grounds and dumpster dive. Once I literally watched a some random person ODing on drugs in the parking lot.
-Outdated units that are falling apart. I can’t even count how many times I had to have maintenance come fix or replace multiple things in my small 2 bedroom.
-Outdated amenities that are falling apart. Less than half of the washing machines are functioning, and have had many quarters eaten by them. Management also does not care about this, all they do is suggest you use a card instead. Fitness room was a joke. Pool/hot tub repeatedly closed for repairs.
-Once again, just because they are that bad … THE WORST MANAGEMENT! They truly do not care for their tenants.
If I could put negative stars, I would. Do not rent here. Especially with how much they’ve increased rent.. I assure you, it’s insanely overpriced. Not worth it at all.
**ALSO: don’t even bother trying to clean to avoid a charge upon moving out. I cleaned my apartment SPOTLESS. Spent so much time and energy cleaning just for them to charge me an excessive cleaning fee anyways. (I have worked professionally as a residential/industrial cleaner. I know I left that apartment more clean than when I moved in).

great apartment
very nice apartment, i live in one of the newly rennovated ones, brand new flooring and carpet, thermostat seems prehistoric and lost appliances are a bit old but they function just fine, upstairs neighbors are a little noisy at times but it’s not bad, the area is absolutely beautiful and i’ve had no problems with pests besides the occasional house spider, furnace has acted up a little bit but nothing serious, it’s a great apartment, my only complaint is not having a washer and dryer in unit (my... fault for not getting one) overall i would definitely recommend this complex

Fox Point Apartments
Living here for the past few years has been a pleasure. There is a friendly feeling of community lacking in other parts of the city. The apartment is well designed and maintained, it feels luxurious for its size. There's greenery outside all the windows, and having the pool, hot tub, and duck pond outside is a bonus.

If you love birds and ducks this place is great. It is very close to shopping and the 15. You can also get to the trax in just a couple minutes.
