We love the layout of the floor plan, the gated complex, and the amenities are a bonus. The management team is friendly and the maintenance team is incredible. They fixed our mail keys on the spot and came the next morning after we filed a work order late at night.

Living at Hawthorne has been amazing!
Everyone is so friendly here, both the residents and the staff.
The staff is amazing, they’re more than happy to help and they get stuff done in a timely manner.

I’ve lived here for 5 years now and have loved it. The management is great to work with and has always been attentive and caring. The 3 bedroom has been perfect for our family and is a 5-10 minute drive to great restaurants and walking distance to great breweries. The dog parks and open spaces in the community have been a huge benefit for socializing and city living with pets. The maintenance and management staff are a big reason for the 5 stars. Always thoughtful and kind.

I have lived here over the last 5 years and i've been really grateful for the management team i've had the pleasure of working with. The 3 Bedroom apartment has been the perfect size, & i've loved the amenities over the years. The pool house / club house has hosted several of our "Friendsgivings" and the dog park has been such a special place for our little Roger to grow up and meet new friends. They are very dog friendly, and even provide an outdoor bathing space for the doggos too. This is a... great place to live if you have kids, pets, or just on your own with all the perks you'll need. Thank you to Vicki and the rest of the team. We're sad to be moving after 5 years, but you all have been a blessing. THANK YOU.
