Property Address: 945 S 300 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84101
1) In summer of 2024, the building A/C went out for 2 months. I was provided with a small fan and a swamp cooler with a moldy filter. With both fans running around the clock, I was unable to get my unit below 85 degrees. Building management was unhelpful, and slow getting the A/C back up. Residents were constantly provided resolution dates that were never met.
2) In fall of 2023, one of the residents had property stolen off of her 3rd story balcony. This individual was told by the police that... the thieves had staked out her place and monitored her schedule. When she was gone, they used a series of ladders to climb up to her apartment balcony, and claim the stolen property.
3) Very limited parking. Many reserved parking spots are given to the Air BNB units instead of the renters.
4) The elevator goes out of service frequently. At most, the elevator will go out for 2 weeks at a time.
5) The common area has turf grass for your animal to relieve themselves. Building Management doesn't clean up messes left by residents, and doesn't empty the trash cans dedicated for doggy bags.
