There’s better places…
The new property manager demonstrates inadequate customer service skills and exhibits an unnecessarily authoritative demeanor. Solely based on my interactions with her I’ve decided not to renew my lease again.
Among other things the electricity is always going out at least 2-3 times a month and that’s bc of city issues so maintenance can’t help with that so if you plan on working from home this is not the place.
The dog area is always dirty and it takes months to have the bags replaced once... they’re out. There’s also a plumbing issue I’m having to call maintenance every 3-4 months to have them come unclog the issue with the washer that makes that happen.
This is not the place you can make your home.
I do NOT not recommend at all.
