Great management
When you select an apartment, it’s important to know what it’s like to deal with the management company. The management team at Sugarmont is incredibly pleasant, super efficient, and they get stuff done. In particular, Jess is always such a delight to interact with. I give the management team 5+ stars all day long.

Do Not Move Here
I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. There are no amenities, and no timeline on which they might eventually be done, yet we pay full rent and the management shrugs it all off. Construction noise is torture, lights turn on and off in the middle of the night due to cheap electrical work, and worst of all are the security concerns. The "controlled access" garage is always open and the building is never locked. When the residents complained the management laughed at us and told us its too... inconvenient for them to secure the property. They keep leasing new units even though they can't finish anything for the people who already live there. This is the worst management company I have ever encountered in my life.

Save yourself the frustration and pick another place.
They rushed to build the rooms to charge full rent and then failed to deliver the amenities that justified the price. If you enjoy peace and quiet or work from home, this is not the place for you. Construction starts early and goes all day. The hallway noise is very loud. I moved here for a better work-from-home environment, and it’s worse. Overhead lights turn on randomly throughout the night. Their approach is to patch the issue after multiple maintenance requests instead of fixing the problem... . The windows look cool but let water in every time it rains. They forgot to make the roof waterproof above the gym, so you get to work out with buckets full of water and an exposed ceiling. Packages get lost, and a two-day delivery can take two weeks for someone to figure out how to get through the door to drop it off. The electric locks work 50% of the time, and the gate to parking never works. Save yourself the frustration and pick another place.
