These people do not care about good tenants whatsoever. The management team they have put in here currently is very rude and disrespectful. The management team that used to be here prior was very respectful and professional. I have lived here for 27 months and 26 of those have been without a single issue or complaint. Three months ago a new couple moved in and just because they filed a false report to animal control which was closed as unfounded I am now having to fight an unnecessary eviction,... not to stay here because they ruined the trust factor with their unprofessional approach and false accusations, but because the only way to prove my innocence is to fight an eviction that should've never taken place on a tenant that had no prior complaints. Unbelievable like living in a real twilight zone episode. So if you value your sanity and love your pets then look elsewhere.

Beware
The apartment themselves are okay but the employee made moving out a pain and tried to charge for damages that were never done

Property Manager at Four Seasons at Southtowne Apartments responded to this review
Hi, we are sorry that you had a bad experience after move out. If you would like to have one of our leasing specialists review your account then we are more than happy to provide you with their contact information and you may speak with them directly... . They would be able to assist you with providing information regarding your move-out fees and answer any questions you may have. There are a few possible explanations for charging fees and/or retaining deposits. Security deposits cover the expenses of any repairs or damages to the premises greater than normal ?wear and tear?. We need to make the apartment habitable again for the next resident so we may have to deduct the cost of those procedures in your security deposit. We provide every resident with an itemized list of deductions prior to move-out, if you never received this or have questions please stop by our leasing office at your earliest convenience.

Very Bad experience
When I moved out - they charged me 300 dollars for cleaning. There are no wear and tear and they charge for replacing carpets. Not good! EVen a maid service for deep cleaning the apartment costs only 100 to 120 bucks.

Beautiful and Huge apartment to live in!
I have lived in this apartment for about 2 years since July 2017. I knew I loved it the first time I saw it. The inside view is new, clean, wide in size and very welcoming which always makes you feel, "Sweet Home!''. It has all new appliances with big size laundry and storage. The bathrooms and living rooms are huge. The area is very quite and clean all the time, It feels so refreshing to go out and walk around the beautiful compound with fresh air and flowers. Great and clean pool, hot tub and... gym. Neighbors are so respectful and sweet. Plenty of parking lots for free. Most importantly, the staff and maintenance are very friendly, respectful and provide immediate service you would require. I would recommend anyone to live here in this clean, fresh and safe environment.

FIVE TRUE REASONS NOT TO RENT AT FOUR SEASONS. PLEASE READ!
All reviews below are written by actual staff members. Let me give you a few true negative points that will be a show stopper for you to rent at this place:
1. EXPOSURE TO DANGEROUS EMISSIONS FROM DIESEL TRAINS: A University of Washington study has found residents living near rail lines face increased exposure to harmful microscopic particles from diesel emissions in concentrations that exceed U.S. air quality guidelines. If you care about your health and health of your kids stay away from... this place. THEY SHOULD DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION DURING SIGNING LEASE AGREEMENT and it looks like they keeping this under wraps.
2. EXTREMELY LOUD PLACE: apartment complex is built literally next to the train tracks and trains are passing through all night long on hourly basis. There is also Walmart store across the tracks where through the night you'll hear loud trucks coming and going. If you light sleeper and care about your sleep that would be a very bad place for you to rent.
3. BUILDING SHAKES: every time long trains are coming through entire building shakes like it is 5.0 points earthquake, I am not kidding. Now, imagine that you're sleeping at night and suddenly at 2 am entire building starts shaking.
4. DANGEROUS LEASE AGREEMENT: if you decide to break the lease with them for whatever reason be prepared to pay for THREE AND HALF MONTH upfront. I will be reporting this apartment complex to the Better Business Bureau to review if any of those INSANE CHARGES even legal and if not I will file Class Action Lawsuit against them by going to. They are literally RACKETEERING TENANTS by using ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.
5. FAKE AND VERY RUDE MANAGEMENT: from the moment you step into their office you feel that they don't really care about you. They will try to make you sign the lease without showing you apartment. Be aware that if you don't go over the apartment with them they will make you pay for everything at the end of the lease that was broken or scratched. When I moved in I had kitchen door just hanging with upper door knob broken. They will be EXTREMELY RUDE and will be HARASSING YOU if you decide to break the lease. I've got lower back injury and it is hard for me to climb the stairs to the third floor and they didn't even care about it. 6. NO PARKING AFTER 9 PM: if you work late good luck finding parking.
