The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. Only one parking space is offered, and to avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and use your parking pass. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1.
