Stay active in the equipped gym or prepare a delicious barbecue in the common area with a beautiful patio with sunbathing areas. Parking is available for just $20 per night and only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. The pool is only open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered, and if you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for an extra supplement.
You will be located at National Landing, which is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. You will also have the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, only minutes from downtown.
You will be provided with towels, shampoo, and soap for your arrival, including two toilet paper rolls and small shampoo and soap. Washcloths are not provided. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, with heating in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature. There is construction work in the Crystal City area, even during the night. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay, and if you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area.
