Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay, and if you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror, and do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. A brief guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents and guests. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will unfortunately need to be canceled.
