With two bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and a private balcony to enjoy the view, you'll feel at home.
Parking is available for just $20 per night, with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Access to the pool is for registered guests only, with each reservation including two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for an extra supplement.

Bath towels are not provided. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. To avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
