How Is This Rating Determined?

Basic but Affordable

The apartment complex is pretty basic, but given the area it's extremely affordable. Many of the apartments in the complex have in-unit washer/dryer. The staff promptly responds to any issues. One of the big upsides is that there is free designated parking, plus the metro is in walking distance as is a grocery store and other amenities.
