Carydale Oaks Apartments

Price is not bad but apartments itself are terrible.
We always have roaches and when I say manager to call pest control she makes a face like I grow it in my apartment. The same situation with mice. Last time she said "You probably keep food in your apartment." So, I live here and I don't have to keep any food in my home??? What??? Maybe, she refunds me the restaurants bills?
A/C is leaking, carpet in bad condition but the manager complaining "Oh we had very nice carpet when you moved in." It... means "We are going to grab you deposit when you move out"

First of all the application process for me was a headache, It was very difficult to meet up with Rose, the property manager, because she was in vacation and there was no one else to replace her. Second, the office hours are very inconvenient, if you work 9 to 5 good like getting a hold of management and email is not an option, they never respond. The neighbors are very quiet and polite so far but the roofs are very thin and you can hear people walking in the apartment above. It is soo loud I no... longer use my alarm; I just wake up when my upstairs neighbor does. Next, the rent is 1565 for a two bedroom and they tell you that you are only responsible for electricity but in fact they add an additional bill for everyone to your rent. The garage is not the most convenient if you have a larger car, it is very small and it cost your $75 a month. The garage is also shared so you have no privacy there. Lastly the washer and dryer… this was the reason I was inclined to getting this place but the washer damages your clothes and the dryer burn it. I raised my concerns with management and they send a technician that cleaned the lint and that was it (Something I do after every dry anyways), they also told me that they were brand new. I no longer use the dryer because it has ruined too much of my clothes.
Overall, I do not recommend them. For the same price you can get a better place. Read More
