Improved a lot
I’ve lived in crescent view for 2 years now. When I first moved in it had already started getting to be a better place to live by new management taking better action with tenants and kicking out the bad (drug dealers etc.) and bringing in the good. There was a bad roach infestation at first (really bad) but they hired better exterminators and got control of the infestation. There are still one or 2 here and there but that is to be expected after how bad the infestation used to be which is why I... put only 3 stars. I am very pleased with how well the place has improved over the last couple of years and am quite ok with living there. The only reason I want to leave is for better privacy that is not quite available living in any apartment complex anywhere on earth. Other than that, I’m very comfortable living there with my 3 children.
