Holston View is Located right off of Euclid Ave and Lee Highway in beautiful... scenic downtown Bristol.

Each unit has been fully remodeled and has newer appliances. Beautiful original hardwood flooring is used throughout the majority of our units. Lawn care, maintenance, and pest control are all included in the monthly rent.

**Please Note : We require a monthly income of 3X Rent for our applicants.**

Pet Policy: (If applicable) - We allow up to two pets under 50 pounds per home. - We charge a one-time Pet Move-In Fee equaling $250 per pet and Pet Rent equaling $25 per pet per month.

Night and day

This place used to be run down but the new owners have left no stone unturned to renovate and beautify this complex. I love living here!
