Nice apartments, low elec bill, great area

The apartments are kept up well, especially for the age of the buildings (probably 70's). Electric bill is the only thing you pay and it stays low consistently.
I love being in Chatham, and Old dutch is walking distance which is a huge bonus!
29 is less the a minute away, so everything is pretty convenient.

Low Cost with No Frills

As one of the only available options in the Chatham, VA area, these apartments offer decent amenities for a very good price. Laundry is available on-site for a fee (comparable to a laundromat), and management does a pretty good job of maintaining the facilities. As a person with multiple allergies, it's definitely a bonus that no pets are allowed and that smoking is required to be outside. Apartments are small (at around 700 or so square feet for a 1 BR) and closet space is awful, but overall,... the apartments still offer a pretty good bang for the buck.
