I like Scout because it's a friendly living community. Staff are super kind and responsive. The area is clean and aminities are nice. We live 5 min drive to a metro station and minutes from a bus stop. It's perfect for those of us commmuting to work in DC.

Move in experience was so peaceful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Needed a loading dock to get my things in the apartment and the nice staff member help to get one with out thinking it twice.

I absolutely adore my current unit; it feels like a perfect fit for me. The Scout staff has been incredibly attentive and supportive, always going the extra mile to ensure residents feel welcomed and taken care of. The only downside I experience is loud noise from the neighbors living above me, which can be quite disruptive at times. Apart from that, I have no complaints and truly enjoy living here.

Always clean, friendly staff. No complaints other than sometimes not receiving a code for the package room and having to ask leasing office for help. Not a big deal
