Don't bother
Don't bother with this place if you have other options. When we moved in 2 years ago, it was owned by a different company. They were responsive, attentive, maintenance was efficient, and rent was affordable. Then this new company took over. In a year and a half, rent has gone up almost $300, and the included utilities have been stripped. Last time I made a maintenance request was about 3 months ago, and as far as I can tell, they have never shown up. In about 10 calls to the main office, none... have been answered, I've resorted to just showing up at the office, which is at a different property, and frankly the office staff are very rude. They went from nit caring about the parking situation to being overly strict in a blink. We barely get 24 hour notice of people entering our apartment, and last time they did, they left trash, left lights on, and left the door unlocked while we were at work. Walls are thin. We can hear the neighbors all the time. We don't smoke, but we will come home and the apartment stinks of skunky weed from the neighbors.
The best I can say is "at least it's clean." We've not had problems with roaches or mice, despite having not seen pest control in months even though we are now being charged an additional fee for it.
Tl;DR version, the company has started cutting corners and charging fees to maximize profits. At least it's clean. We will be moving out at the end of the lease for sure.
