Wilsondale Apartments

Ive been here 2 years and the community is great! when i was first moving in it took a month cuz it was difficult to get ahold of leasing as they never answered the phone and were rarely in the office, but i fell in love so i was determined. It was worth the hassle, management is great, you can tell they are trying to make the community a great place, the maintenance people are super nice and friendly. 10/10 recommend

Please please please run from this place! They have wasted so much of our time. We have been speaking to Annalise and Melissa for WEEKS going on MONTHS. Getting information and forming what we thought was a good relationship. We were verbally approved for 2 cats and 2 snakes in the unit by not 1 rep, but 2. So we schedule a time to look at the unit, we loved it. We originally were told to apply in august. After looking at the apartment, we were told there was only 1 person ahead of us on the... waitlist and we should go ahead and apply. So we apply. All of us pay $40 each. Then we hear NOTHING. I call to check on application status and I am told that there are 10 people ahead of me on the waitlist, and that they can no longer accept 2 cats and 2 snakes. Waste of time. I am unsure of what’s going on there but I’ve tried calling multiple times and left messages and no one has gotten back with me or answered the phone at all makes me think this place is not very responsive. The heart of every apartment complex is their leasing staff!

I must first say the leasing consultant Mirakle has been a pleasure to work with. She truly listened to our needs as far as what we were looking for in an apartment home. She was courteous and truly worked with us. Anyone looking for an apartment please check out Wilsondale and ask for Mirakle she will guide you through the entire process.

I am more than disappointed and dont know quite where to begin. The office staff gives me pause.....while cultivating friendly encounters, they are inefficient, and make no apologies for it. They are slothful and unprofessional. Rarley do they return a phone call and at no time do they make you feel as though you are of any improtance as a resident. Their inability to be consistant with their book keeping cost hundreds and again they are never available to answer any questions until they... have added additional fees. While the actual residence is nice it is not worth the lack luster service of the staff!!!!! Read More
