Mold, everything needs a deep clean
I have tried to be patient with maintenance but it’s gotten to the point where half the time they leave just as much of a mess for us to clean up after than helping us. There’s rust everywhere, the water is cloudy coming from any water faucet, I’m just in shock that they’d let the apartment get in this state and approve it for new residents to come into. The previous resident who I replaced left expired food in the freezer upon move in and dirtied up the electrical closet and dishwasher and more... . The fact that there’s no policy holding said person responsible baffles me. I’m looking into my renters rights to call the health department. Ive put in request after request, talked to management, and it’s been over two months since I was told it would all get done. I can’t use my dishwasher because our replacement for the rust inside was another part with rust, apparently they can’t replace the part it because the models too old?
