Really nice and calm place. It’s walkable to metro station. Leasing office team (special thanks to Liss) is very nice and knowledgeable. Great experience so far.

good apartment and quiet neighborhood. you can leave here peacefully without any disturbance . its also kid friendly community. they have some good feature like gym and swimming pool

My time as a resident at Trevors Run community has been a wonderful journey. The community atmosphere and friendly neighbors have truly made this place feel like home. I’ve enjoyed participating in the resident events, like the Halloween party, food trucks and holiday gatherings, which are great for meeting new community people.
The amenities are also a highlight. I particularly appreciate the well-maintained gym and pool areas, which make staying active and relaxed easy and enjoyable. The... community atmosphere with lush landscaping and plenty of green spaces where I can unwind after work. It’s clear that the management takes pride in maintaining a high standard for the community’s appearance. I'm really appreciate the community manager and all staff for doing this.
